DMCA Policy for Perfect Baked Potato Recipe

Perfect Baked Potato Recipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Perfect Baked Potato Recipe will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Perfect Baked Potato Recipe service if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Perfect Baked Potato Recipe website (the "Site") by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA notice, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Perfect Baked Potato Recipe website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. If the copyright owner does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material.
